You retain ownership of the code snippets, configurations, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process Your Content solely to provide the Service.
Content you choose to make public may be viewed, shared, and embedded by others. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you make public.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and the consequences of sharing it. We do not endorse or verify user content.
The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Snipcast and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Some features require a paid subscription ("Snipcast Pro"). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNIPCAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snipcast and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snipcast operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snipcast regarding the Service.
